Reservation / Deposit Policy
While we try to be as flexible as possible in handling cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, our written policies follow:
Deposits of 50% are required to confirm your reservations; these are refundable less a 10% (of total trip cost) administrative fee if we receive at least 30 days notice of cancellation, or if we are able to rebook your seats at full fare with less than 30 days notice. Balance of trip cost is due upon arrival. Deposits for trips that are cancelled due to unsafe / unfishable weather conditions are fully refundable.
All non-weather related cancellations are subject to 10% administrative charge. No shows for scheduled trips in packages are subject to full charge for the trip. Cancellations for all trips / packages with less than 72 hours notice are also subject to full charge for the trip. If a credit card is used for the deposit, it will be charged for the remainder of the trip cost. Cash or check deposit customers will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance due.
If you are unable to show up for a trip for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible as we network with a number of other guides / charters and even with minimal notice, there is the chance we could fill the seats and minimize your financial obligation.
